Your Home Renovation Step by Step:Renovation Expert Consultation - After receiving preliminary information of the project we will have Design-Build consultation. Here we will provide you our references, license and insurance information, as well go over the details of both the remodeling project’s design and construction phases. Basically, this is our first chance to sit down and talk about what goals you have for your renovation and how we can help you achieve them within the budget we establish.  Preliminary Proposal - Once we have your concept in mind, we take some time (usually between 1-7 business days), and send you a preliminary proposal package complete with project details, time frame, budget, and scheduling information.
Project Revisions - After speaking with you, we take into account whatever changes you would like to see in our proposal, and we prepare and send you a final draft. Including contract, general conditions, and remodeling specifications.  Contract & Schedule - When we meet to sign the contract, you will also receive a detailed schedule of work so that you are aware of what is happening in your home, when, and why. Following this we can begin construction!
Construction - During construction we will keep to the agreed upon schedule, and we will never make any changes to the agreed upon proposal without your consent.  Clean Up - Once the job is done, we clean up our mess. Simple. We remove all equipment, trash, and materials, and on our way out we give you the warranty and occupancy certificates. We get out of your hair and you can enjoy your remodeled space!
