 When I first met the men of first choice renovations I had interviewed seven contractors. I knew immediately that they were the choice for my kitchen project. They had great presentation. It was as though I was getting a contractor and a designer all in one. They went over everything with me and I had a contract in no time. During the project I never had to come home to my front door wide open while my AC was blasting. They were always respectful of my home. In the end, I had the most beautiful kitchen!

most people, I was burned by a contractor in an attempt to build my
dream home. The person I hired told me that he could complete the
project in 4 to 6 months...2 1/2 years later, only half of the house was
built. That contractor, while skilled, had no concept that time
equalled money and he simply had no skilled workers at his command. You
will not face this problem with First Choice Renovation. As soon as
First Choice Renovation got involved, they assessed the situation, came
up with very creative ideas and started immediately. I worked very
closely with them throughout the project and found them to be extremely
accessible and easy to deal with...even when design ideas changed
mid-project. They completed my home quickly and efficiently. I am
completely satisfied....and that's no easy task. Please don't learn the
hard and costly way I did. In looking for contractors who are creative,
hardworking, fast-paced yet meticulous and reasonably priced, First
Choice Rennovation should not only be your first choice, but your only
choice.

 I
bought a 3 Story row home in the Heart of Northern Liberties. The home
had not been updated since the early 1900’s. So, I hired a “contractor”
to “supposedly” renovate my home. After seeing one electrical circuit
split through 3 floors, I knew it was time to kick these guys out of the
front door and hope to recoup my losses. It is always difficult to find
a good contractor. Through word of mouth, I met the gentlemen from
First Choice Renovation. They showed me a home they were finishing. I
was very impressed. They started working on my house and once completed,
I walked into my home, and said WOW! Everyone who walks in my home now
says WOW, you should have your home featured on HGTV. That was just the

 My husband Al and I are really enjoying the master bath that you and your team of excellent technicians created for us. I especially love the new seamless glass shower that Yuri designed to create a unique shower space. It is not only roomier than the old plastic shower enclosure, but is so much lighter and brighter. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, walls floor, tub surround and I especially love the way the accent tiles and pencil tiles wrap completely around the walls even through the glass of the shower. You know that we had several estimates for the work on our bathroom and the reasons why we selected you to do the work was your professionalism. You gave us a detailed estimate of every aspect of the job, then you sat down and reviewed the entire plan with us, listened to our suggestions, and were flexible enough to make adjustments that we asked for. There were no hidden surprises at the end. You took the time to give our bathroom remodel your own personal touch, and it was evident that you take pride in a job well done. Working with you was a pleasure, and I just wanted to let you know that I have already recommended you to friends. We, ourselves, will most definitely call on you again in the future.
